The Snoqualmie Post was able to partner with Snoqualmie Casino and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) 3436 to provide a Veterans Day Event, that Snoqualmie Casino graciously hosted. The event was celebrated on Veterans Day to also recognize the centennial of Armistice Day. We also were able to pin fifty Vietnam Veterans that had not been previously pinned, recognizing their service in Vietnam. Some veterans that received their pin, were also members of the Snoqualmie Tribe. Veterans that attended the event were also invited to a complimentary buffet, courtesy of Snoqualmie Casino. We look forward to planning another event for 2019.
